Beaumont Stud, who achieved world fame for breeding the outstanding Variety Club, will be strongly represented at the 2021 CTS Ready To Run Sale.

Lot 20: Oxford Orange, filly Duke Of Marmalade x Hidden Secret

By the five time G1 winning sire of G1 winning fillies Simple Verse, Star Of Seville, Sound Of Freedom, Temple Grafin and champion Rain In Holland, this filly, a half-sister to 2 winners, hails from one of the best families in the South African stud book.

Out of a daughter of successful broodmare sire Caesour, Oxford Orange hails from the same female line as current boom sire Master Of My Fate, Triple Crown winner Malmoos, Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Turf winning sire Pluck, and former South African Horse Of The Year London News- to name but a few!

Lot 35: Unnamed, colt Querari x Maynoona

By Oasis Dream’s G1 winning son, and sire of champion Rio Querari, this colt is a half-brother to the very useful Macara. He is out of a mare by outstanding sire Dubawi (damsire of, among others, this year’s G1 Cazoo Derby winner Adayar), and his third dam is Oaks Trial winner Swell Time Girl.

His granddam, by Golden Slipper winner Rorys Jester, is bred on similar lines to G3 winner St Rory.

Lot 53: Medlars Tart, filly Master Of My Fate x Taffety Tart

By the same sire as G1 winning fillies Sentbydestiny and Zarina, this filly is out of smart racemare Taffety Tart, who was third in both the G1 Cape Fillies Guineas and G2 Fillies Championship.

A daughter of champion sire and top-class broodmare sire Trippi, Taffety Tart is a full-sister to G3 winning two-year-old Punk Rocker. Further back this is the family of Carter Handicap and top-class US sire Mt Livermore.

Lot 83: Unnamed, filly Master Of My Fate x Flighty’s Last

By one of the rising star sires in South Africa, this half-sister to two winners is out of five time winner and Listed Jamaica Handicap runner up Flighty’s Last. The latter, in turn, is a Jallad half-sister to Listed Settlers Trophy winner St James’ Park. The filly on sale, closely inbred to Elliodor, sports a Model Man own sister to G1 winner Fair Model as her granddam, with Fair Model herself granddam of dual South African Horse Of The Year Legal Eagle.

Lot 112: Unnamed, colt Duke Of Marmalade x Toffee Nose

By a champion son of Danehill, and proven source of G1 winners, this colt is a half-brother to G3 Final Fling Stakes winner Star Fighter and gutsy six time winner Titus. His dam is herself a half-sister to G3 Cape Classic second Lostintranslation as well as the dam of speedy G3 winner Winter Smoke, while granddam Snooty Lady is a winning own sister to G1 Met winner Angus.
